	Assistant Associate Professor Dr. Kerim F. ATAMER Department of Law, Bilgi University In 1987, Mr. ATAMER graduated from Department of Law, Bilgi University. In 1999, he completed his masters degree in Hamburg University. From 2000 to 2004, he was responsible for drafting law in different areas. After that, he took over the Assistant President of Specialy Committee at Undersecretariat of Treasury, Republic of Turkey in order to prepare the “General Conditions of Liability Insurance” (01.09.2004 – 31.12.2004). Besides his duty at the University, he keeps being the member of Turkish Sailing Federation, Jurisdiction Committee and Turkish Maritime Jurisdiction Association.	Mehmet BOZKURT Chamber of Turkish Architect Association,Consultant In 1979, Mr. Bozkurt graduated from State Architecture Academy of Fine Arts. As a self-employed architecture, he has been working in the area of architecture, consultancy, project organization and management, and building contractor. Mr. Bozkurt has served at different managerial statuses at The Chamber of Turkish Architect Association. Presently, he still works on the future of profession and the Chamber, and the jurisdiction and architecture as a profession in the European Union, Globalization.
	Andy CHALLONER Head of General Insurance Risk Management Department of Aviva Insurance Company Andy Challoner who will speak about Product Liability Underwriting and Pricing is Head of General Insurance Risk Managemet of Aviva in London and responsible for general risks accross all of Aviva’s General Insurance Business, primarily on reinsurance, underwriting, claims management and reserving. His career in Aviva Group started at Commecial Union Insurance Company at sales and underwriting department in 1986 and Financial Sector Insurance Executive in 1997. In 1999 he was Financial Institutions National Accounts Undertwriter and Liability Underwriting Manager at CGU and Norwich Union Insurance and resposible for development and implementation of casualty underwriting strategies. In 2001 he became the Head of Liablity Department at Norwich Union and his career continued as Specialist Casualty Manager. In 2003, the group changed name as Aviva and became responsible for the central co-ordination of operational activity of Aviva’s Asian Canadian and Irish Business Units.	Lawyer Mr.Harald ETZDORF Münchener Rückversicherung, Munich Senior Underwriter Facultative Casualty Switzerland and Middle Eastern Europe Mr. Etzdorsf is Facultative Reinsurance Senior Underwriter at Münchener Rückversicherung since 2003. His career started at Gerling Consulting GmbH Vienna on product liability, Manager’s liability and waste Industries. Between 1991 and 2001, worked as Liability, Personal Accident, Law Isurances and Clinical Trials Consultant at Gerling Gruppe Versicherungsservice GmbH Vienna. Prior to current position, he worked as Senior Underwriter of Middle and Middle East Europe at Gerling Allgemeine Versicherungs AG Cologne
	Ahmet GENÇ Undersecreteriat of Treasury Director General of Insurance Ahmet Genç graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Public Administration in 1984. He did his masters in the USA, at Northeastern Univeristy, Department of Economics in 1995. After that, Mr. Genç came back to Turkey and had his PHd at Ankara University, the Institute of Sociail Sciences, Department of Business im 2002. Starting at Undersecretariat of Treasury from December 1985 to March 1990, he worked as Treasury Assistant Expert. In March, 1990, he became the Treasury Expert and worked untill October 1997. Between February 1997 and October 1997, he worked as Division Chief. Mr. Genç, particularly concantrated on financial analysis of Turkish Banks and off-side supervision of banks. Mr. Genç, from October 1997 to up tp now, worked as the Division Chief, Head of Department, Deputy Director General and Director General. During that time, his focus area was on the financial analysis of Turkish Insurance and Reinsurance Companies, implementation of early warning system, off-site supervision of Insurance and Reinsurance Companies, supervision of Insurance Brokers, supervision of compulsory earthquake insurance implementation, supervision of non-life insurance implementations, tariffs etc. Besides these, Mr. Genç has been giving lectures at different Turkish Universities and publishing articles and other academic studies.	Reiner K. GLEISS Gerling & Lloyds Ltd London Executive Chairman Gerling General Insurance Company Cologne Senior Executive Vise President Since 1967 Reiner K. Gleiss has been working as the Executive Manager both Insurance Companies and Risk Managemenet of Industrail Institutions . Since 2003, Mr. Gleiss has working as the Executive Chairman at Gerling at Lloyds Ltd London and Senior Executive Vice President at Gerling General Insurance Company (Cologne). His first experience was at Allianz Frankfurt and he, there, worked as Sales and Marketing Supervisor between 1967 and 1978. Between 1978 -1996 he worked for Hoechst AG as the first International Risk Manager, Finance Department, General Manager of Japan and Head Portfolio Management at Headquarter. He continued at Behring (Hoeschst company) as CFO and General Manager and Regional Manager Director Southeast and Middle East at Athens. In 1990, he joined Gerling as Managing Director of Industrial Services and continued as Executive Chairman of Gerling & Lloyds Ltd London and Senior Executive Vise President of Gerling General Insurance Company Cologne
	Levent NART NART Insurance and Reinsurance Broking Services Inc. Chairman, General Manager Levent Nart is the founder, President and CEO of Nart Insurance Broking Service Inc. NART is one of the Turkey's leading Insurance Brokers specialising in large risks. He graduated from Ege University and then the University of Cologne, Faculty of Business Administration. He began his career in 1984 at AXA Colonia Konzern in Germany as a management trainee and became an industrial consultant. From 1987 to 1999, he was the CEO and President of Nordstern UAP, AXA Oyak Insurance Companies in Turkey. In 1999, he established NART, and within 5 years, this company became the largest independent Insurance Broking Service Company in Turkey. Since October 2004, he is the President of Association of Insurance Brokers, Turkey.	Richard POLLACK Vice President at Gerling's International Liability Claims Department Richard Pollack graduated with high honors and received “Certificat d’Etudes Francaises” from University of Neuchatel, Switzerland in 1974. In 1975, he did his B.A. in French and German at State University of New York in Albany. In 1983, he received his Juris Doctor Degree in International Law at Loyola University of Chicago. He started his career at Luis Kutner, Chicago, Illionis as a writer and researcher on International Treaties and Statutes in April, 1984. Between April 1984 and February 1985, he prepared memoranda on issues of both public and private International Law, and drafted petitions to UN Committees while directing international correspondence. Following that, in March, 1985 he started to work for the State’s Attorney’s Office, Cook County, Illionis at Criminal Appeals Division/Child Support Enforcement Bureau. He was responsible for doing legal researches, writing appellate briefs on variety of criminal matters and preparing briefs and motions for oral argument in the Illionis Appellate Court. Besides that, Mr. Pollack developed experience in civil litigation by maintaining complete responsibility for cases from filing of the complaint through discovery to trial and/or settlement in the areas of paternity and child support. In August, 1987, Mr. Pollack began working for Manuel J. Depara & Associates. He worked in a general practice law firm with a largely Hispanic client base by focusing on criminal law, family law, immigration, annd residential real estate. Since January, 1990, he has been working for Gerling-Konzern Allgemeine Versicherungs-AG, Cologne, Germany at Liability Claims Management. Mr. Pollacks’s specializations are Product Liability, Premises Liability, Environmental Liability.
	Anestis STAWROPOLITIS Münchener Rückversicherung, Munich Facultative Casualty Underwriting Greece, Turkey, Cyprus, Turki Republics Since 1977 Mr. Stawropolitis had worked in Latin America, Portugal, Spain, Malta, Italy, Greece & Cyprus Regional departments of Münchener Rückversicherungs-Gesellschaft. Now, he is responsible for Greece, Turkey, Cyprus and Turki Republices as a Facultative Reinsurance Underwriter. Mr. Stawropolitis speaks German, English, Spanish and Greek.	Erhan TUNÇAY Secretary General Association of the Insurance and Reinsurance Companies of Turkey After graduating Saint Joseph High School and Bosphorus University, his career began at Marketing Department, Garanti Bankası. He worked in different managerial positions such as Correspondant Affairs Manager, Marketing Manager, Financial Institutions Manager and Industrial Credit Manager. Between 1998 and 2003, worked as General Manager of Garanti Insurance Group. After that, he became the General Manager of Garanti Pesion and Life Insurance Company. Besides being the General Manager, from 200 to 2004, he was the Board Member of Association of Insurance and Reinsurance Companies of Turkey as well. Since 2002, Mr. Tunçay is the Board Member of Turkish Insurance Institute Foundation and the Board Member of Turkish Society for Quality (KALDER)
	Samim Ünan Member of the University of Galatasaray, Law Faculty President of the Turkish Law Association Mr Unan is Galatasaray High School graduate .He continued his education aat İstanbul University Law School , and had masters degree in 1982 and PhD in 1987. He was assitans professor in 1995 and Professor in 2001. He worked at İstanbul University Marine Law School as asistan, assistant professor and lastly Head of The Department. Since 2003 he is an academician in Galatasaray University Law School. Mr. Ünan was Board Memeber and Deputy President of Marine Law Foundaditon and is still President of Turkish Insurance Law Foundation and General Secretary of Assosciation Henri Capitatnt Turkish Group. Beside he is President of Turkish Football Federation Arbitration Tribunal Commision since 2004. While he is an academician he served as Expert at courts for long years.He is still working as lawyer and consultant and has a lot of publications.
