Rint AKYÜZ 1949 yılında Ankara’da doğdu. Robert Koleji ve Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesini bitirdi. 1971-1985 yılları arasında profesyonel olarak iki özel sektör gurubunda “ihracat” dalında çalıştı. İlk ihracatçılardan olduğu için ihracat dalında aralarında ‘yurdışına ilk lisans satışı’ ve ‘bir çok ilk ürün satışı’ gibi bir çok ilke de imza attı. 1985 senesinde kurucu ortak olarak “Rotel İç ve Dış ticaret A.Ş.”yi kurdu ve çalışmalarını tarımsal ürünler ve tarıma dayalı sanayiler konusunda yoğunlaştırdı. Şu anda “Amylum Nişasta Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.” ve “Rotel İç ve Dış ticaret A.Ş.”nin Yönetim kurulu Başkanlıklarını yürütmektedir. İki dönem Fenerbahçe Spor Kulübü Yönetim Kurulu üyeliği ve uzun bir süre 1907 Fenerbahçe Derneğinin Genel Sekreterliği ve Başkan yardımcılığı görevlerini yürütmüştür. Mesleki Sivil Toplum Kuruluşları arasında “Nişasta ve Glikoz Üreticileri derneği (NÜD)”, “Kurumsal Yönetim Derneği”, “Türkiye Gıda ve İçecek Sanayi Dernekleri Federasyonu”,“TURKAB Türkiye-Avrupa Birliği İşbirliği Derneği”, “TESEV”, “TÜSİAD” ve “YASED Yabancı Sermaye Derneği” gibi derneklerin üyesi olup halen Nişasta ve Glikoz Üreticileri Derneği ve TÜSİAD Tarım ve Gıda Çalışma Grubu Başkanlığı, Türkiye Gıda Meclisi Başkan yardımcılığı, Türkiye Gıda ve İçecek Sanayi Dernekleri Federasyonu Başkan Vekilliği ve Avrupa Birliği Gıda ve İçecek Sanayileri Konfederasyonu’nun Yönetim kurulu üyeliği görevlerini sürdürmektedir.

Dr. Thomas BARON Dr.Thomas Baron worked as Research Assistant in Business Administration Faculty- Insurance and Banking- at Hamburg University between 1987–1990. He started his professional life at Allianz AG, Munich Insurance as Africa, Near and Middle East Countries Manager in 1990. Dr. Baron came to Istanbul and worked as Allianz Turkey Representative between 1993 and 1996. Dr.Thomas Baron worked as Assistant General Manager at Koç Allianz between 1997–2001 and Senior Deputy General Manager at Koç Allianz and Koç Allianz Life between 2002–2003. Then he worked as the General Manager of Koç Allianz between 2003-2005. In 2007, Dr.Thomas Baron joined India Project Team at ERGO International. Then he worked as Senior Deputy General Manager at HDFCERGO General Insurance in Bombay. Dr.Thomas Baron has been appointed as General Manager at ERGO Sigorta in 2008. Dr.Thomas Baron was graduated from Hamburg University in 1984 with a bachelor's degree in economics. Then he has received Ph.D degree in banking and insurance in 1990. |
A. Bülent BORA Atıf Bülent BORA was born in September 06, 1953 in İstanbul. He’s married and has a daughter. After TED Ankara College, he graduated from Gazi University, the Department of Business Administration in 1975. He started his professional career by working as Assistant Internal Auditor in Oyak between 1978 – 1980 and continued as a Internal Auditor between 1980-1982. He joined in Mat Mot. Ar. Tic. as a Regional Manager in 1982. In 1984 he was appointed as Technical Manager in Oyak Sigorta, in 1985 he became Assistant General Manager at the same company. He was appointed as the General Manager of the same company in 1990. He continued his career as CEO of AxaOyak Insurance Group till 2002. He has been working as the General Manager and Board Member in TARSIM since 2005. He is a manager who has established and led a team that have raised the equities of Oyak Sigorta (Oyak Insurance Company) from below 1 Million Dollars in 1984 to over 100 Million Euros and the revenue from below 2,5 Million Dollars to over 250 Million Euros and have raised the company’s rank in the sector from 23rd to the 1st company. He was also board member of Association of The Insurance and Reinsurance Companies of Turkey, Green Card Pool and several companies like OyakBank, OyakAnkerBank (Germany), Renault-Mais, Eti, Teb Insurance; and vice president of Equestrian Federation of Turkey. He is interested in horse riding and he won the first place two times in Balkan Show Jumping Championships. |
