Zafer KURTUL
Zafer Kurtul has been appointed as the CEO of Sabancı Group in 2010.
Mr. Kurtul joined Akbank in 1998 as an Executive Vice President and served as the CEO of Akbank between 2000 and 2009. Between 2009 and 2010, he was appointed as the Vice Chairman of Akbank.
Zafer Kurtul holds an MBA degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an undergraduate degree in finance from Istanbul University, Faculty of Business Administration. Mr. Kurtul holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

Swen GREWENIG
Swen is the Managing Director of Bilfinger Berger´s Global Corporate Insurance Unit. He is a lawyer and has over 16 years of experience working in the industrial insurance industry.
Prior to joining Bilfinger Berger in 2005, he was a liability underwriter for the international insurance company Gerling-Konzern Allgemeine Versicherungs-AG. He then moved as an insurance manager to BASF and later to ABB, specializing in insurance concepts for major construction projects.
Since 2011, Swen is member of the board of Germany´s Association of In-house Brokers (BfV), a part of FERMA - Federation of European Risk Management Associations.

Emin SAZAK
After completing secondary education in Istanbul, Emin Sazak studied business administration in England between 1978-1981. He further studied telecommunications and business computing systems in California, USA specializing on enterprise information technologies.
Upon his return to Turkey in 1988 he started working in the family business, Yuksel Construction Inc. In 1989 he founded DataSel Information Technologies Inc. as a subsidiary of Yuksel Construction and personally ran its operations until 1992. The same year he returned to Yuksel Construction as the International Relations Coordinator and was elected as a Board Member of the said company in 1994. Emin Sazak has been serving the company as the Vice Chairman since 1999 and additionally as the CEO since 2004. In 1997 he brought all the related companies of Yuksel group under one umbrella by forming Yuksel Holding. He serves as the Chairman of the Executive Board of Yuksel Holding since year 2000.
In 2002 Emin Sazak was elected to the Board of Turkish Contractors Association served as the Vice President of the Association since between 2004 and 2011. In April 2011 he was elected President of the Association
Emin Sazak is married with two children ages 22 and 19.

Kit BROWNLEES
Kit read law at Oxford University then qualified as a lawyer. He spent ten years as an international legal counsel with ICI and British Leyland. He then became Director of Political Risks with Stewart Wrightson Limited. In 1987 he was appointed Managing Director of Aon Political Risk, the specialist political risk division of the Aon Group, becoming Chairman in 1997. He was also Chairman and Managing Director of Aon’s Credit and Political Risk Reinsurance Brokers and an Executive Director of Aon Group Limited. He joined Arthur J Gallagher (UK) Ltd in August 2003 and is Managing Director of the Credit and Political Risk Division, with a team of over 30 specialists based in London, New York, Singapore, Sydney and Sao Paulo.
He is a frequent contributor to specialist insurance magazines and a regular speaker at international conferences on the subject of political risk and export credit insurance and reinsurance.

Huseyin Bilmaç was born in 1958. In 1981, he completed his undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering at Gazi University in Ankara. He completed his Master at Leeds University in Polymer Chemistry in 1984. He completed MBA program at Cukurova University, Faculty of Business Administration in 1988. Between years 1986- 1991, he worked as Research & Development Manager and Manufacturing Directorate at Petkim Petrochemical Co. Between 1991-1998 he worked as respectively; Research & Development Manager and Quality Control Directorate, Business Development Manager, Marketing and Technical Division Manager and Assistant General Manager at Markem Construction Chemicals Inc. Since 1998 Bilmaç has been serving as the General Manager at Eczacıbası Koramic Building Chemicals Inc.
In addition, Huseyin Bilmaç is serving as Chairman of IMSAD, Vice President of DEIK Turkish – Belgium Business Council, Board Member of Turkish- Belgian Chamber of Commerce and Congress Member of BJK Club.

Orhan TURAN Mr. Turan, who founded Ode Yalıtım A.Ş. in 1984, graduated from Yıldız Technical University as a Mechanical Engineer in 1981. He took his MBA degree from Marmara University in 1982. Having active part in foundation of IZODER, Turan worked as the chairman of IZODER from 1997 to 1999 and he has active part in MMO, TTMD, TÜGİAD, TÜSİAD. Fatma ÇÖLAŞAN She graduated from TED Ankara College Highschool and from the Mechanical Engineering Department of METU- Middle East Technical University in Ankara, Turkey. Ms. Colasan established GEN–TES Engineering Ltd. In 1979 and afterwards became one of the founder partners of ODTM - Middle East Technical Consult Inc. as well in the year 1990. She was elected as the President of ATCEA - Association of Turkish Consulting Engineers & Architects for the term 1996-2000. She was then nominated for the Executive Committee of FIDIC – International Federation of Consulting Engineers and was elected in 1996 for a four-year term. She is the only elected female and only elected Turkish EC member in FIDIC since the Federation’s establishment in the year 1913. Apart from her professional services in the firms GEN-TES and ODTM as a company manager, designer for buildings, site supervisor, contract manager and consultant for selection of consultants; Ms. Colasan at present also renders voluntary services in TOBB-Union of Stock Exchanges and Commodities of Turkey as the Chairperson of the Technical Consultancy Assembly; in ATCEA as the Vice President; in FIDIC as the member of the Business Practices Committee and as the Chairperson of the Quality Based Consultant Selection Task Force and in EFCA-European Consultancy Companies’ Federation as a member of the European Public Market Committee. She is the main author of the books “FIDIC Guidelines For The Selection of Consultants” and “FIDIC-Quality Based Consultant Selection”. Her more than hundred technical and non-technical articles were published in various publications. She is the mother of two children.

Alev ARKAN
Alev Arkan was born in Trabzon, she studied middle and high school at TED Ankara College, she graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law. In 1976, she completed her internship, the same year she began her career at the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources, from 1979 to 1987 she served as Attorney Advisor in the General Directorate of Social Security.
In 1987, Arkan joined the State Investment Bank, she served during the reconstruction of the State Investment Bank and Turkish Eximbank, then she worked at Turkish Eximbank as professional and managerial positions, in 1992, she was appointed to Head of the Department of export credit insurance operations. From the date of March 2, 1998 she has been responsible for country loans, insurance and guarantee operations and is currently assigned to the position of Assistant General Manager and is responsible for the Insurance and Warranty services.
